No product sold by Hamilton Bell Co, Inc. uses date functions; therefore, they are not impacted by the Y2K issue.

Service
We do not anticipate any administrative or service difficulties as a result of Y2K problems. We are currently under contract to a computer service company to implement any upgrades required to insure a smooth transition into the 21st century. Our target installation date is in late April, 1999. In addition, our vendors are being contacted to ensure that they can continue to meet our requirements for goods and services.
