Q. What is your turn-around time?
A. In general, your order will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. During our busiest seasons, (summer and holiday time), please allow a week to 10 days.

Q. How do I return unwanted merchandise?
A. You must call our customer service department at 1-800-526-0864 to obtain a return authorization number. Please note that restocking fees may apply, and that we do not accept returns due to overstock.

Q. What about damaged items or short-shipments?
A. We find it is easier to replace such items, rather than issue credits. Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-526-0864. For items damaged in shipment, please contact the carrier.
