Returns Policy
Merchandise Return Policy
1- All
returns require home office approval; authorization numbers will be issued, which must be
clearly marked on paperwork and all packages returned
2- Only currently
stocked standard products are eligible for return consideration
3- All returned goods
must be in new and premium salable condition, as determined upon arrival and inspection by
Hamilton Bell
4- No broken packages
will be accepted
5- No overstock returns
will be accepted
6- Non-stock items
(other than custom kits) will not be accepted for return, unless determined by Hamilton
Bell that defective material was shipped
7- Centrifuges cannot
be accepted for return if they have been used; unused units must be returned in original
packaging
8- Skin-packed items,
glass items, and items over one year old are not resalable, and therefore not returnable
9- Any shortage or
shipping discrepancy must be reported within thirty (30) days of shipment to be eligible
for return or credit consideration
10- Non-refundable
credit invoices will be issued based on original invoice price
11- Return freight cost
will be borne by the buyer, unless it is determined that the return is necessitated by an
error on Hamilton Bell's part
12- Buyer is
responsible for filing claims against the carrier for merchandise damaged in transit
13- Returns are subject
to the following restocking charges:
20%
standard catalogue items
25% custom dissecting kits
30% pre-priced or labeled items
50% returns without authorization numbers
14- Other terms and
conditions may apply
Centrifuge Returns
Policy
1- Centrifuges cannot
be accepted for return if they have been used; unused units must be returned in original
packaging
2- All returns require

will be borne by the buyer, unless it is determined that the return is necessitated by an
error on Hamilton Bell's part
8- Buyer is responsible
for filing claims against the carrier for merchandise damaged in transit

Centrifuge Repair
Policy
1- All centrifuges are
covered by a one-year warranty
2- After warranty
period has expired, repairs are billed as parts plus labor; labor is billed at $25.00 per
hour, with a minimum charge of $10.00 per unit
3- Any centrifuge which
is suspected of being contaminated with biohazardous material will be returned "as
is"
4- Units to be repaired
are to be shipped to Hamilton Bell at the buyer's cost, and returned to the buyer at
Hamilton Bell's cost
